Our Pathway to Providing Financial Advantages for Years Ahead.

About Our New Headquarters

We are excited to announce the building of our new headquarters as a reflection of our continued strength and growth.

We are excited to announce the groundbreaking of our future headquarters to be located in Oshtemo, MI. As stated by our President & CEO, Cheryl DeBoer, “When we were looking at possible locations to build our new headquarters, Oshtemo stood out as the perfect fit. It is a thriving area with a strong focus on community. It aligns perfectly with our core values and commitment to community, businesses, and family finances.”

With our growing team, our new location will feature capacity to unite 460 employees from 32 departments, and include a full-service branch, ATM, and night deposit box. The Advia Headquarters will include retail lease spaces to locally owned businesses on the first floor as well as additional rooms for seminars, events, and community outreach. In addition, outdoor terraces will overlook a landscaped water feature.

Advia has partnered with Byce & Associates, Inc. for the design and architectural planning and engineering of the site and Granger Construction for the construction management. Construction is beginning in Spring of 2019 and anticipated to be completed sometime in 2021.

They are helping bring our vision for the entire campus to life. It is important to us to have walking trails that connect to the existing pedestrian walk along West Main. Our partners are helping us achieve that while preserving the natural beauty of the surrounding wooded areas.

Mike Flynn, Vice President of Byce & Associates, has indicated that the site will include a 100-foot landscape buffer along the north and east property lines that back up to residential neighborhoods as well as a new access road running east to west, offering a connection for future development in the area. To aid with traffic flow and increase safety, a new traffic light at the driveway entrance at West Main Street/M-43 will be added. The new street name will most likely be called Advia Way.
