Here's a look at Advia's latest well-deserved promotions and new hires:

Myian Mann-Headings
Myian Mann‑Headings, Manager of HELOC Underwriting & Processing at Advia Credit Union, will be based at headquarters starting in late March. He brings 15 years of experience from PNC Bank with a strong background in underwriting, quality, and leadership. In his role, Mann‑Headings will focus on streamlining the home equity process, enhancing the borrowing experience, and strengthening cross‑functional collaboration. He is excited to learn from experts across the organization and to collaborate with internal teams and service partners to identify needs while enhancing current processes. His goal is to help position Advia as the go‑to lender for home equity and broader lending needs in the community. Mann‑Headings recently completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business with a certification in Operations Management. Outside of work, he participates in a local sports, enjoys giving back to local schools through classroom and back‑to‑school support, and volunteers with community organizations including the YMCA.

Lisa Bickings
Lisa Bickings, Manager of Digital Channel at Advia Credit Union, is based at headquarters and has been with Advia since 2011. She brings deep experience across both branch operations and digital strategy, most recently serving as a Digital Channel Project Coordinator supporting a wide range of digital platforms, initiatives, and vendor partnerships. In her new role, Bickings oversees the day‑to‑day operations of the digital channels team, delivering member‑focused digital experiences across multiple platforms and services. She works cross‑functionally to implement new projects, research emerging features and functionality, and turn innovative ideas into practical solutions that support growth and continuous improvement. Bickings holds a Bachelor’s degree from Ashford University with a double major in Organizational Management and Social and Criminal Justice. Earlier in her career at Advia, she earned President’s Club recognition as a Branch Manager, leading one of the organization’s top‑performing branches.

Darcy Staton
Darcy Staton, Manager of Consumer Loan Servicing and Support, brings 26 years of experience and background in lending operations and servicing. Most recently, she served as a Lending Project Specialist for seven years, building extensive hands‑on expertise across consumer and mortgage servicing. In her role, Staton leads the consumer and mortgage servicing teams, ensuring efficient operations, strong service delivery, and regulatory compliance. She oversees staff performance, process improvements, and project implementation, with a focus on reducing costs, streamlining workflows, and enhancing member experience. Her career highlights leading system conversions during mergers, driving operational enhancements, and improving accuracy and efficiency across departments. Staton is passionate about developing a high‑performing servicing team and using data‑driven insights to support strategic growth. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, hiking, and riding her motorcycle.

Jessica Garner
Jessica Garner, Manager of Human Resources at Advia Credit Union, is based at headquarters and brings more than 12 years of experience in human resources. She joined Advia in 2023 as an Organizational Development Specialist, supporting leadership development, employee engagement, and culture initiatives, before stepping into her current role. As Manager of Human Resources, Garner leads a team providing support across payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. She is focused on fostering a positive workplace culture, strengthening talent capabilities, and ensuring HR strategies align with Advia’s mission and core values so employees are well‑equipped to serve members. Garner holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Capella University and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, volunteering with local organizations, and being with her husband, Chad, and their two children.

Jill Wallace
Jill Wallace, Regional Director at Advia Credit Union, is based at the Oshtemo branch in Kalamazoo and has been with Advia since 2012, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. In her current role, Wallace guides the overall performance, culture, and growth of the West Michigan market. She focuses on developing strong sales strategies, coaching leaders, driving operational excellence, and strengthening loan and deposit relationships while ensuring exceptional service for members. She also plays an active role in community engagement, fostering partnerships that support long‑term regional success and local impact. Wallace is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and is a 2025 graduate of Leadership Greater Kalamazoo. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on the lake, staying active through paddleboarding, kayaking, running, and CrossFit, and volunteering with organizations such as the First Day Shoe Fund and the Salvation Army Toy Drive.

Juan Lopez
Juan Lopez joins Advia Credit Union as the Branch Manager of our Crystal Lake, IL branch, bringing more than 20 years of experience in lending and team leadership. Juan is excited to focus on member experience, team development, and branch growth through setting clear expectations, coaching consistently, and building strong relationships within the Crystal Lake community. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening, exploring 3D printing, and spending time outdoors hiking, golfing, or grilling with his two children, Emilio and Camila. He also hosts an annual Pit Master Challenge, celebrating its 10th year in 2026.
