What to expect.

Depending on the type of claim you wish to file, you may need to provide your personal information such as name, address, and Social Security Number along with a brief description of why you wish to file the claim.

After, you'll be prompted to complete follow-up questions pertaining to the claim type. Next, you'll confirm the information you provided is correct on a summary page. Once the claim has been submitted, you’ll receive an email confirming the submission along with your login information to easily check the status of your claim.
