Advia Credit Union united over 500 team members in Grand Rapids, Michigan for Camp Advia, an energizing two-day experience centered around a bold theme — Level Up! This signature event served as a powerful moment to celebrate Advia’s growth, embrace future ambitions, and align for the collective journey ahead. Throughout Camp Advia, employees were inspired by dynamic speakers, connected across departments and branches, and engaged in activities designed to spark motivation and personal empowerment. The event reinforced that leveling up isn’t just an organizational goal—it’s a personal commitment to growth, innovation, and shared success.
Speakers included Alex Weber—an award-winning speaker, Champion Coach, and TV host for NBC’s American Ninja Warrior. Alex has positively impacted over 5.5 million people worldwide by helping them overcome challenges and achieve breakthrough success. Additionally, Camp Advia hosted the Improv Group featuring Megan Grano and Katie Nahnsen. Megan began her comedy career as a resident cast member at The Second City Comedy Theater in Chicago.
