Here's a look at Advia's latest well-deserved promotions and new hires:

Ann-Marie Goodrich
Ann-Marie Goodrich, our new Vice President of Consumer Lending, located at our headquarters in Oshtemo, brings over 25 years of expertise in consumer and business lending, product management, compliance oversight, process improvement, operations, and risk management. Goodrich will be responsible for Consumer Lending strategy and operations including underwriting, loan processing, servicing, as well as product, portfolio, and system administration. This role collaborates with strategic partners inside and outside of Advia to carry out the credit union’s core values of acting with integrity, driving progress, building and strengthening relationships, and keeping people at the core. Goodrich is excited to bring her experience in lending strategy, risk management, process innovation, relationship building, and team leadership to support Advia’s mission of serving its members, employees, and communities.

Liz Sanchez
Liz Sanchez, our new Vice President of Risk and Audit, located at our headquarters in Oshtemo, will be responsible for leading Advia’s enterprise risk management, internal audit, compliance, vendor management, fraud prevention, business continuity, and compliance functions. In this role, Sanchez will work closely with senior management and the Board of Directors to integrate risk with strategy and performance, enabling achievement of Advia’s goals. Sanchez brings over 17 years of experience in governance, risk, and internal audit experience. Sanchez is new to the Kalamazoo area and looks forward to getting involved in local non-profit organizations. Sanchez enjoys traveling and outdoor adventures.

Hunter Machin
Hunter Machin was recently promoted to Member Contact Sales Assistant Manager, located at our Oshtemo Branch. Machin will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of up to 15 people in their current roles. Machin handles escalation calls, provides feedback to our team of all levels, and helps each person grow into future roles within Advia. Machin is an avid volunteer at the SW Michigan SPCA and enjoys sports, music, and traveling.

Gabriel Wohlt
Gabriel Wohlt was recently promoted to Branch Manager at our Pewaukee Branch in Wisconsin. Wohlt will be responsible for managing operations at the Pewaukee Branch to ensure alignment with Advia’s mission to provide financial advantages for members. Wohlt will strengthen relationships with members to better service their needs financially and help drive progress in the community through a variety of events. Wohlt enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with the family.

Rachel Colyer
Rachel Colyer, our new Assistant Branch Manager, located at our Comstock Branch, will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in the overall branch operations as well as providing exceptional member service to both members and internal team members. Colyer has over 8 years of experience in leading teams and meeting sales goals.

Danielle Petrauskas
Danielle Petrauskas, our new Branch Manager, located at our Woodstock Branch, will be responsible for daily branch operations to ensure exceptional member service, compliance, and operational efficiency. Petrauskas will lead and develop a team through coaching, goal setting, and performance management to drive growth and engagement. This role includes cultivating community relationships, supporting local outreach, and promoting financial education. Petrauskas will also manage lending processes and ensure the branch meets key performance metrics for membership, deposits, and loan growth. Petrauskas enjoys gardening and DIY projects.
