Kalamazoo, MI (June 1, 2026) - Advia Credit Union is proud to expand access to financial services in the Kalamazoo community with the installation of a new Video Teller Machine (VTM) at El Concilio.
Designed to make everyday banking easier and more accessible, the VTM offers a convenient way to complete deposits, withdrawals, transfers and more with the added support of a live Advia team member when needed. To better serve the community, the machine also features a Spanish language ATM interface, helping Spanish-speaking individuals navigate their banking experience with confidence.
This milestone reflects Advia’s strong and growing partnership with El Concilio, a local organization dedicated to supporting and empowering the Hispanic community through education, advocacy, and cultural programming. Together, the organizations share a commitment to removing barriers and creating opportunities for individuals and families to thrive.
