Here's a look at Advia's latest well-deserved promotions and new hires:

Cali Draffkorn
Cali Draffkorn, Vice President of Branches for Wisconsin and Illinois at Advia Credit Union, brings 18 years of experience in the financial industry and a strong background in leadership roles, including Branch Manager, Area Sales Manager, and Regional Director. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and actively serves her community as Executive Board Secretary for Habitat for Humanity Lake-McHenry County and as Treasurer and co-founder of Rescue Outreach. In her new role, Draffkorn will lead regional growth and oversee branch operations, driving business development, sales, and service initiatives while coaching retail leadership and fostering community engagement to expand membership. Committed to advancing Advia’s strategic vision, she focuses on strengthening loan and deposit relationships, improving product adoption, and delivering exceptional member experiences. Outside of work, Draffkorn is passionate about animal rescue, co-founding Rescue Outreach in 2017, and enjoys life with her supportive husband and two children, Frankie and Cooper.

Sharrie Yingling
Sharrie Yingling, Vice President of Branches for Michigan at Advia Credit Union, has been with the organization since 2011 and most recently served as Regional Director for 11 years. She is deeply engaged in community leadership, serving on the Board of Directors for Community Homeworks and Senior Care Partners PACE, as well as contributing to the Fund Development Committee for First Day Shoe Fund. Yingling is a graduate of the CUES School of Applied Strategic Management and Leadership Greater Kalamazoo and recently participated in the 2025 MCUL Hike the Hill to advocate for the credit union mission. In her current role, she leads a team of Directors focused on branch growth, leadership development, and delivering exceptional member experiences across Michigan, while advancing financial literacy and addressing food, housing, and transportation insecurities. Guided by her motto, “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way (John Maxwell),” Yingling is committed to driving progress through collaboration and community investment. Outside of work, she enjoys motorsports, kayaking, and reading.

Chris Schneider
Chris Schneider, Director of Commercial Sales at Advia Credit Union, has been with the organization since 2009 and brings over 16 years of experience in commercial banking leadership. Schneider is responsible for guiding Advia’s Commercial Sales team, including lending and treasury management functions, with a focus on building strong business relationships and growing the credit union’s commercial loan and deposit portfolio while maintaining exceptional credit quality. A graduate of Western Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and a major in finance, Schneider is passionate about applying Advia’s core values—acting with integrity, keeping members at the core, and driving progress—to deliver meaningful benefits to members and communities. Outside of work, Schneider enjoys spending time with family, golfing, traveling, and relaxing at the lake. He is also committed to community service, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and Multitude Ministries to support housing initiatives and provide meals for families in need.

Caleb Eversole
Caleb Eversole, Manager of Facilities, oversees facilities operations across multiple branch locations at Advia Credit Union, bringing senior operations experience in startup and scale-up environments where he built and stabilized facilities and systems, established standards, managed vendors, coordinated maintenance and capital projects, and ensured safe, efficient day-to-day operations. Eversole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University, with a degree in entrepreneurship focused on management and a minor in general business providing a strong foundation in business operations, leadership, and organizational development. In his role, he leads vendor and contractor management, preventive maintenance and capital planning, and operational standards and documentation—prioritizing structure, consistency, and member satisfaction while partnering with leadership on both daily needs and long-term strategies. His goal is to deliver reliable, well-run facilities that operate seamlessly in the background so teams can focus on excellent service. Outside of work, Eversole enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family, as well as outdoor activities centered on the water, including paddle boarding and whitewater kayaking. He has volunteered with The Cheff Center in Richland, built and donated cup recycling stations for the Sounds of the Zoo music festival, and participated in planning and engagement meetings with Imagine Kalamazoo.

Cory Herbert
Cory Herbert joins Advia Credit Union as Assistant Manager of Collections, bringing experience from both sides of the lending lifecycle as a former Collections Supervisor and Loan Originator. His background includes leading teams focused on compliance and member-centered resolutions, as well as developing expertise in underwriting, risk assessment, and borrower experience. With training in state and federal banking regulations, Herbert has been recognized for strong leadership and high compliance standards while improving recovery outcomes. In this new role, he will support daily collections operations, supervise staff, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with management to enhance processes and maintain regulatory compliance—all while ensuring members are treated with respect and transparency. Outside of work, Herbert enjoys traveling, cooking, and photography, often capturing landscapes and moments from new destinations.
