Should you identify any damage done to your home in the days to come, here are the steps you'll need to take to ensure any potential claims filed under your homeowner's insurance goes smoothly:
- You will need to contact your Homeowner Insurance Company to advise them of the damage to your home as soon as possible.
- The insurance company will send an adjuster to your home to assess the damage and anticipated cost to repair your home.
- The insurance company will issue you a check in both your name AND Mortgage Center LLC.
- If the total of your insurance claim is $40,000.00 or GREATER, please call our Member Service team for further instructions at 800.353.4449.
- If the total of your insurance claim is LESS than $40,000.00, please send the unendorsed check and your insurance adjuster's report to Mortgage Center LLC at the following address:
