From time to time, you may be contacted by our fraud protection team to confirm a recent purchase made to your card.
From time to time, you may be contacted by our fraud protection team to confirm a recent purchase made to your card. For your protection, it is important that you maintain updated contact information with us, such as home and cellular numbers, and mailing and email addresses. In cases when you are contacted, we will NEVER ask for you to provide us with your full card number, social security number or other personal account data, although we may ask for the last four numbers of your card number.
Planning a trip? We encourage you to contact us and let us know the dates and location of your travel – this information is held secure, and will be added to your account record to notify our team of planned purchases out of state or internationally. Placing a travel notice will prevent unnecessary blocks on your card when our fraud monitoring services sees purchases outside of your normal shopping area.

If you notice suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity on your account, please contact us immediately. If contacting us during normal business hours, please call 844.238.4228. Outside normal business hours, please call 833.371.8977.
Report Lost/Stolen Card
Can’t find your card? Don’t delay – if you think your card may be lost or stolen, report it to us immediately at 844.238.4228. We can place a temporary hold on your card while you look for it or cancel it so you can get a new instantly issued card at any of our branch locations.
To allow you uninterrupted access to purchases while traveling, and to help in our fraud prevention efforts, consider setting up a Travel Notification. You can do this through the Cards menu in Digital Banking, by calling us at 844.ADVIA.CU, or by visiting any branch.
