If your request aligns with our funding priorities, applications are reviewed using a structured evaluation process.

Community impact

  • The extent to which the project serves diverse and at-risk populations
  • The benefit to communities across Advia’s service areas in Michigan, Illinois, and Wisconsin

  • Demonstrated impact from past work
  • Strength and clarity of the plan to achieve proposed outcomes

Project readiness and funding strength

  • Access to additional funding sources, when appropriate
  • Likelihood the project can be completed as proposed
