Steve Martin, our new Manager of Internal Audit, located at our Southgate Branch, brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Steve will be responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of the internal audit function providing an independent and objective assessment of the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance. Steve plans to strengthen Advia’s internal control environment to minimize risk and foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement through collaboration. Living in Ann Arbor, Steve is an avid volunteer and looks forward to continuing his non-profit work in his community.
Phillip Wilburn
Phillip Wilburn, our new Branch Manager in Riverwoods, Illinois, brings over 15 years of leadership experience in financial services. Phillip will be responsible for leading and developing our high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional member service, driving lending and deposit growth, and ensuring operational excellence. Phillip will oversee daily branch operations and coaching staff to build lasting relationships with our members and the community.
