Desiree Bates
Bates has been promoted to the Assistant Branch Service Manager of Advia’s Elkhorn and Williams Bay branches. Bates started with Advia in 2021 as a Financial Solutions Specialist and said she is excited to now be in a leadership position. In her new role, Bates will be responsible for assisting the Branch Service Manager in the overall management of the branch, as well as providing exceptional member service to both external members and internal team members.
Morgan Foltz
Foltz has been promoted to Member Contact Service Assistant Manager. Foltz started her career with Advia at the Fort Gratiot branch as a part time teller in 2015. In her new position, Foltz works with the MCC leadership team, as well as members during high call volumes. She also helps coach her team to provide excellent member service.
Taylor Clary
Taylor recently joined Advia as a Member Contact Service Assistant Manager. She has an Associate in Business Administration from KVCC and is currently enrolled at Davenport University working on her Bachelor’s in Business Administration. In her position at Advia, Clary will assist in leading a group of individuals in delivering exceptional service to every member, every time.
Brooklin Elkins
Elkins has been promoted to Assistant Branch Service Manager at Advia’s Capital Ave Branch. Previously, Elkins was a Financial Solutions Specialist with Advia. In her new position, Elkins will be responsible for assisting the Branch Service Manager in the overall management of the branch, as well as providing exceptional member service to both external members and internal team members.
Kyle Clary
Kyle joined Advia in June 2023 as an Area Sales Manager. He brings with him several years of sales, management, and finance experience. He also holds his Bachelor’s in Finance from Western Michigan University. Kyle is responsible for providing outstanding service to members, developing strategies for market growth, and representing and promoting Advia in the community.
