Important Update About Your Account Statements and Notices
Thank you for your patience while we recently experienced a service disruption with our paper and e-notice delivery partner, who were temporarily unable to produce and transmit mailed as well as electronic statements and notices.
Your online access to e-Statements and e-Notices has been restored, including your December 31, 2023 account statement and year-end tax related documents.
IMPORTANT NOTE: While we worked to provide a temporary solution during the unplanned interruption, you may receive duplicate notices mailed to you now that our vendor partner has resumed service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns.
1099-INT Tax Form
If you earned more than $10 in combined dividends and interest in the prior year, you were provided a 1099-INT form for tax purposes.
1098 Mortgage Interest Statement
If you paid more than $600 in loan interest on a mortgage or home equity loan/line of credit in the prior year, you were sent a 1098 Mortgage Interest Statement (Of note: if from a mortgage or fixed home equity loan, this was mailed by our partner Mortgage Center).
1099-MISC
If you earned prize(s) or other incentive(s) from Advia Credit Union totaling $600 or more in the prior year, you may have received a 1099-MISC.
1099-R and Form 5498 (IRA Savings)
Depending on the type of IRA you have, you may have received a 1099-R mailed in January or will be sent a Form 5498 which mails out in May. For more information about your IRA with Advia, visit our IRA Central page.
Other Notices You May Receive
From time to time, you may receive other notices from Advia related to recent transactions, Certificate of Deposit renewals, and other account updates. During the unplanned service disruption, we worked to mail these to you within a timely fashion. Now that our vendor partner has resumed service, you may receive duplicate notices from ones already mailed to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
