Account Updates – Systems Integration

Thank you for your membership! We are excited to introduce even more advantages to you as we prepare to bring your account onto our member access systems throughout the weekend of August 1 - 3. Please review this page for updated information.

Important Dates to Remember

Mid-June

In mid-June, you will be mailed a Change in Terms notification that includes an updated Member Agreement and other important disclosures that become effective August 4, 2025.

Please use this time to update contact information – to re-enroll with new Online/Digital Banking on August 4, you will receive a 6-digit Secure Access Code to valid phone number on file (must be on system prior to August 3).

July

In mid to late-July, you will be mailed a replacement ATM or Debit Card and new account number. New cards should be activated upon receipt and held for use following our systems integration.

Thursday, July 31

Wire Transfers - Incoming may be processed until 3 p.m. CT.; Outgoing - international may be processed until 12:30 p.m. CT; domestic outgoing may be processed until 2:30 p.m. CT.

Friday, August 1

Our West Allis and Pewaukee locations will be closed to help prepare for the integration.

Online & Mobile Banking as well as Teller Express will be unavailable.

IMPORTANT: Previous transaction history as well as automatic transfers set up online WILL NOT transfer to new Digital Banking. Members are urged to download and save previous e-Statement activity.

Saturday, August 2
Sunday, August 3

Our West Allis and Pewaukee locations will be closed to help prepare for the integration.

Our systems integration will be in progress. Online & mobile banking will NOT be available. You may continue to write checks and use your ATCU Debit Card.

Monday, August 4

Our branches will reopen for business during normally scheduled hours. Members must enroll into new Online/Digital Banking. To complete the login, a 6-digit Secure Access Code is sent to phone or mobile text (must be on system with Advia prior to enrollment). Please begin using your replacement Advia Debit or ATM Card (former ATCU cards will automatically deactivate).

Account Number Limited Access

In July, you will receive a new account number that you’ll use beginning August 4. Please do not use your new account number until August 4.

ATMs Full Access

Following our systems integration, you will enjoy unlimited fee-free access to all Co-Op and Alliance One ATMs (over 35,000 nationwide).

Automated Outgoing Payments No Access

Automatic pre-scheduled payments tied to your Debit Card will need to be updated for any payments scheduled after August 4.

Automatic Transfers No Access

Automatic transfers set up within Online or Mobile Banking will NOT transfer to your new Digital Banking (will need to be re-established on or after August 4).

Branches No Access

West Allis and Pewaukee locations will be closed Friday & Saturday, August 1 & 2. We will reopen as usual on Monday, August 4.

Card Hub

No Access

Card Hub will no longer be available beginning August 4. Please visit Digital Banking>My Cards>Card Management to set up new card alerts and controls, schedule travel notices, or turn your card on/off for purchases. Current Card Hub settings will not transfer over to Card Management.

Checks Full Access

You may write checks during and following our systems integration, however former NSCB checks will not be viewable within Online/Digital Banking after August 4.

Call or visit us on or after August 4 for a FREE replacement box. You’ll only be able to see cleared Advia checks in your new Digital Banking, so ordering FREE new checks is an important step to take.

Debit Cards Full Access

ATCU Debit Cards will continue to work through August 3. New Advia card WILL NOT work until August 4.

Members with a Savings account only tied to their Debit Card will receive an ATM-Only Card to use following August 4. This card may still be accessed at ATMs to make deposits and withdrawals. Consider opening a new Checking and obtain an instantly issued Debit Card on or after August 4 to be able to make ongoing purchases wherever Visa® is accepted.

IMPORTANT: Please continue to use your AppleTree CU card(s) through Sunday, August 3. However, it’s important to prepare your new Advia card for use. Once you receive the card in the mail, please activate it, set the PIN and store it safely in your wallet. Your new card will be ready for use on Monday, August 4 at which time your ATCU card will be deactivated.

Direct Deposit Full Access

No Action Required! Direct Deposit to your account will continue without interruption. Though your account number is changing, we will continue to honor Direct Deposits established with your former ATCU account and routing information.

Only when setting up any new Direct Deposits following August 4, use your new Advia account number MICR (located at the bottom of your new Advia checks as well as within Digital Banking) and Routing Number (272483633).

Loans Full Access

Members with a loan or line of credit will receive separate notification related to any payment due date change or other adjustment to term. If making a loan payment in person or by mail, please make it on or before July 31, or following August 4.

Effective August 4, all credit related activity will be reported to all major credit bureau agencies – TransUnion, Equifax, Experian.

Any pre-scheduled and automatic loan payments (other than mortgage related) set up on your account at the time of loan origination will continue following our systems integration, however, those set up via Online Banking will need to be re-established following August 4.

Member Service Access by Phone No Access

Phone service will resume at 9:00 a.m. CT, Monday, August 4. You may continue to call your local branch. In Fall of 2025, phone access to transition to our expanded Member Contact Center and Ava (Advia’s Virtual Assistant).

Mortgages Full Access

In June, members with mortgage loans will receive notification introducing you to our partner Mortgage Center, including updated account number information and payment instructions.

Mobile Check Deposit No Access

Mobile Check Deposit service will stop working leading up to our systems integration on Friday, August 1.

Once enrolled within our new Digital Banking on August 4 (see Online & Mobile Banking for enrollment instructions), you’ll be able to use Remote Deposit Anywhere (RDA) as your mobile check deposit tool.

Online, Text & Mobile Banking No Access

Before August 1, you are urged to download, save or print copies of previous transaction history that will not be transferred to your new Digital Banking.

Online & Mobile Banking will stop working leading up to our systems integration.

IMPORTANT: Your previous automatic transfers set up online and Mobile Banking activity WILL NOT transfer to your new Digital Banking. You are urged to download and save previous e-Statement activity.

On August 4, enroll into new Online/Digital Banking. You’ll need the following to enroll: New Account Number, Social Security Number (or EIN), Date of Birth, Zip Code and Last Name. To complete the login, you’ll receive a 6-digit Secure Access Code to your phone or mobile text (must be on system with Advia prior to enrollment). Joint account holders may enroll separately for account access (must also have valid phone number on file to receive 6-digit Secure Access Code).

Mobile Banking users – Please delete your old ATCU Mobile App and download Advia Credit Union’s mobile app on Google Play Store or iTunes (you may also find the download link at www.adviacu.org).

Statements and e-Statements Limited Access

You are urged to download, save or print e-Statements leading up to our systems integration as they will not carry over to your new Digital Banking. Your statement and e-statement for period ending July 31 will be sent to you via mail. Your August statement, received in early September, will have a new look (easy navigation instructions will be provided). If you need a copy of an old statement after August 4, please contact us.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: You will only be able to see cleared new Advia checks in your new Digital Banking (please remember to order new Advia checks on or after August 4 as previous ATCU checks will not be viewable within Online/Digital Banking).

Website Access Full Access

Wire Transfers No Access

Incoming Wires – Domestic & International: We will continue to receive incoming wires through 3PM CT, Thursday, July 31. All wires performed on or after May 16 should be sent using the Advia Incoming Wire Instructions: adviacu.org/wire-transfer.

Outgoing Wires - Domestic and International: Leading up to our systems integration, outgoing wires can be received until normal cutoff times of 2:30 PM. CT for domestic and 12:30 PM CT for international. Wire requests after cutoff on July 31 will be processed on August 4. (Important Note: Cut off times for outgoing wires effective starting August 4 will be 2:30 p.m. CT for domestic and 12:30 p.m. CT for international). On and after August 4, please visit adviacu.org/wire-transfer for instructions.

NEW! Advantage Plus Checking Rewards

Automatic Benefit for One Year for Consumer Account holders!

All personal account holders will automatically earn our greatest Advantage Plus Rewards for a period of one year – through August 31, 2026!
