Deceased Account Resolution

It is ideal to resolve and close account(s) within 90 days upon notification of a member passing; however, each member relationship is different, and the timeframe may vary for each unique situation dependent on the structure of the account, the products and services utilized, and any supporting documents needed. Advia will partner with you to assist in the resolution of any remaining accounts.
