For your protection, it is important that you maintain updated contact information with us, such as home and cellular numbers, and mailing and email addresses. In cases when you are contacted, we will NEVER ask for you to provide us with your full card number, social security number or other personal account data, although we may ask for the last four numbers of your card number.
Planning a trip? We encourage you to contact us and let us know the dates and location of your travel – this information is held secure, and will be added to your account record to notify our team of planned purchases out of state or internationally. Placing a travel notice will prevent unnecessary blocks on your card when our fraud monitoring services sees purchases outside of your normal shopping area.
