Step 1: Reporting

Report a claim with your auto insurance company and follow through to pay the deductible as stated in your current auto insurance policy. Deductible Assistance does not apply to total loss vehicles. This benefit pertains to repairable vehicles only.

Report the claim within 90 days

Proof of deductible amount from one of the following (Note: Borrower and/or Co-Borrower must be listed as the insured party):

Your Claim Professional will advise you of any other documents that may be needed.

Step 3: Process

Notify Advia Credit Union that an accident has occurred and you would like to use your Deductible Assistance. We will submit your DA information on your behalf. Call 844.ADVIA.CU, or stop into a local branch. Please have the information in step 2 available when calling or visiting your branch.
