No. The sender must use an Advia Debit Card and be a member to send money. The recipient does not need to be a member. As long as the sender has the recipient's email or mobile phone number information, they should be able to send money. The receiving financial institution must accept P2P type payments in order for the recipient to receive. If they do not, the recipient will receive an error.
No. If the recipient enters their debit card information, the transfer is instant. However, if they enter their account information and routing number, the transfer may take up to 2-3 business days. In this option, the transfer is converted to an ACH payment.
Yes. You can only submit $500 per transaction and only transfer $1,500 per day. Youth limit per day is $500.
No, international phone and routing numbers are not supported.
If the recipient did not receive the email or text message, or deleted it, contact Advia and we can resend the link. If the sender would like to cancel the payment within 10 days of sending it, and the recipient has not accepted the funds yet, Advia can cancel the payment and the funds will be instantly returned.
